Today we pause and remember Alex Poole who sadly passed to the Grand Lodge above on the 12th April 2025 aged 90.
Alex was initiated into Staple Hill in May 1972, raised in January 1973 and became Master in 1985. He was a stalwart of the Lodge and carried out many offices, in recognition of which he was made an honorary member in 2023. He was also made Past Provincial Grand Sword Bearer in 2016.
Alex was also an active member in Orpheus Royal Arch Chapter and Lyegrove Mark Lodge.
His funeral is taking place this morning at 9:30am at Westerleigh Crematorium for those who can make it or wish to remember him at that time.
