Arthur Herbert Howell was born on 20th September 1911 and passed to the Grand Lodge above on the 30th October 1996, he was initiated on the 14th August 1939 and he was appointed Past Provincial Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies in Gloucestershire in 1988.
He lived in Luckington, Wiltshire.
