It has been two years since Shaun was installed as Worshipful Master of Staple Hill, he only planned to do the one, but was called on to remain for another, making him only the second ever master of the lodge, and the first outside of COVID to do a second stint.
During his tenure he has initiated three new members, and welcomed three joining members as well.
The lodge has enjoyed many social nights out and a trip to Brighton since he took the reigns. And the number of brethren who came long to support him at our fraternal visit to St Vincent’s speaks volumes about how highly he is thought of in lodge.

His chosen charity over the 2 years was Hope Against Suicide a Bristol based charity that provides assistance for those struggling with their mental health and thanks to the fundraising within the lodge Shaun will shortly be making a donation, to help them continue their great work.
Shaun has been an excellent master for Staple Hill and his commitment to learning the ritual alongside his relaxed demeanour has been the perfect mix.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Shaun has become a founding member of the Bristol Motorcycle Lodge, and taken on the role of Assistant Director of Ceremonies. We look forward to seeing him get to grips with Bristol Workings whilst following Emulation as IPM for us in the year ahead!
